Moonshot Turns 3 Today — And It’s Just the Beginning

Dear Moonshooters,

On April 16th, 2022, I launched a collection that would change everything:
MOONSHOT — 5 songs I bet my entire life on, and 2,500 artworks hand-drawn by my Disney-artist dad.

That day, I was taking a last shot at doing music full time.
No label. No big team. Just a dream, and a tiny window of hope.
I had no idea where it would lead.
But I trusted it would take me to the right place.

And it did.
It led me to you.

What we built together goes beyond music.

MOONSHOT was the start of a journey we’re still just at the beginning of — a journey filled with freedom, friendship, joy, and a real sense of belonging.

This community became more than collectors.
More than supporters.
You became family.

And from that moment on, you showed up like no one else ever has.

When the mint slowed down after the first 1,000 sold in 2 days, I felt unsure.
I asked the community if we should stop or keep going.

Your answer?
“V, you can do this. We’re here no matter what.”

So I kept it open. I grinded.
We grinded together — 18-hour Twitter Spaces, one song at a time.
I could not have done it without you.

We sold out.
I cried on Spaces.

But that was nothing compared to what happened next…

In NYC, something magical happened.

Our first IRL event at NFT NYC.
I walked on stage to perform — and the whole room sang my song back to me.
Word for word.

I cried on stage.
That moment lives inside me forever.

That’s when I realized the true value of what we had created.

People who had never met before — from all corners of the world — singing together.
Brought together by music.

This isn’t just a collection. It’s a movement.

It’s inspired other artists, communities, and builders.
It’s shown what happens when authenticity, love for music, and community come together with sincerity and no ego.
It’s changing the music industry.

Because this community stands for something.
We say it loud and clear:

FUCK SPOTIFY.

We believe in music.
We believe in valuing artists.
And we believe fans and musicians can build something better, together.

You’ve shown up for me in ways I’ll never forget.

You’ve driven 4 hours just to bring me dinner and wine because I was too busy to eat.
You’ve flown across countries to record with me in the studio (shout out Diamond Frame utility 👀).
You’ve hosted me in your homes and danced with me on rooftops.You’ve roasted under the Vegas sun to spend an afternoon together.
Sung with me in jazz clubs in LA.
Ridden roller coasters at Dollywood.
Planted Sequoias in Michigan.
Partied in Elvis’ penthouse in Vegas.
And shared pizza like it was religion in NYC.

From Berlin to Brussels, Chicago to New Jersey, London, Croatia, Romania, Nashville, Minneapolis, Bahamas…
Whether bear or bull market — Moonshot shows up.

Even my mamma and papa love you.
My mom introduced me to NFTs.
My dad illustrated the entire collection.
This whole thing was a family effort from day one.

And now, I have two families —
My family in Italy…
And you. 🧡

You’re the reason I moved continents.
Left Berlin. Left home.
To be closer to the people who helped me make this dream real.

This is just the beginning.

We’re only 3 years in to what I know is a lifetime journey.
There are so many more adventures to live together.
