A Week That Changed Us

And how to do it again (read til the end đź‘€ )

Moonshot Family,

I don’t even know where to begin… because what we recently lived together didn’t feel like a “trip.” It felt like a chapter — one that will be talked about years from now.

25 of us

From different states, different countries, different backgrounds, showed up on a Royal Caribbean ship with our families and friends… and somehow walked around like a real tribe.
Matching Moonshot shirts (courtesy of Captain Treasure), and a natural closeness that you simply can’t fake.

Living like a family

Morning breakfasts that turned into hour-long conversations.
Dinners that felt like Friendsgiving.
Dancing on a Caribbean beach, late-night club boogies, wandering the ship together like a little cult of joy.

But the most special moment — the one I will remember for the rest of my life — happened on the very last night.

We gathered in one of the ship’s most beautiful lounges, and I performed a 45 minute concert just for you.
During some songs, I genuinely had to stop singing… because I was too choked up.

It hit me all at once:
songs I wrote years before I met you… were actually about you.
Like I had written my wishes out loud, and suddenly I was standing inside those wishes as they came true — in real time, in front of the very people they were meant for.

Seeing some of you moved to tears, feeling understood, safe, like you genuinely belong — it was one of the highlights of my entire artistic life.

This is what happens when art meets the right people.
A family is created.

A Thank You — Especially to Treasure

None of this would have happened without Captain Treasure, who once again used his 9 Frames Utility to bring us all together.

Collectors are often described as supporters… but people like Treasure are creators in their own right.
He creates experiences. He creates connection. He creates family.
The Moonshot community would not be what it is without his generosity, imagination, and heart.

We owe him a massive thank you.

For Those Who Couldn’t Come

We missed you deeply.
You were talked about constantly.

And trust me… there will be more chances to gather.

What’s Next

We’re already planning next year’s meetup — and yes, you should absolutely start looking at flights.

Mark your calendars:
👉 LAST WEEK OF AUGUST 2026
We’re exploring a Scotland → Italy journey…
A true intercontinental Moonshot adventure where our European family can join in too.

Because when something this magical happens once, you honor it by making space for it again.

Thank You

Thank you to everyone who made this cruise unforgettable.
Thank you for showing me what my songs truly meant, even before I understood them.
And thank you for proving — again — that we are meant to be the Moonshot of them all.

With all my love,
Violetta
